Having provided Osteopathic treatment since 2007, Sonia now works in four well established practices across London, with her strengths being predominantly around a structural approach. Taking a holistic view of each patient, Sonia considers any influencing factors such as biomechanics, lifestyle, dietary and habitual factors before deciding on the treatment regime, easily putting patients at ease whilst seamlessly developing a quality patient/practitioner relationship.

Believing it important to help those less fortunate, Sonia devotes personal time to a medical training college where she provides treatment to patients who are unable to seek private help, and enjoys helping this charity survive. Equally, Sonia seeks opportunities to give back to the profession that she serves and is a tutor to medical doctors on an 18 month course run by the London College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she teaches Osteopathic techniques and supervises their treatments on patients.
